The article is based on the composite reinforced molded case.
Handle
The handle is made of stainless steel and has a safety shut-off, which ensures fixation in “open/closed” positions.
Body
The body material is polyphenylsulfone (PPSU)/glass-filled polypropylene (GFPP) – high-strength polymers notable for their high temperature stability and exposure to the aggressive media. Like other plastic materials, PPSU and GFPP are not corrodible. The PPSU characteristics as to their strength, shock resistance and reliability are equitable to metal. PPSU is UV-stabilized, hydrolysis-resistant and resistant to formation of deposits of solids.
Press-on bush
Press-on bush is made of stainless steel and is corrosion resistant to the aggressive media.
Sliding cylinder
The sliding cylinder is made of polyphenylsulfone (PPSU)/reinforced by
a stainless steel insert.
Bushing
The bushing fulfils the function of a ball cylinder through compensation of a radial load on the gland thus extending its operational life.
Ball seal valve
Chevron stem packing ensures a reliable packing at a low friction.
Thrust washer
The thrust washer ensures a low frictional moment.
Ball
The ball material is polyphenylsulfone (PPSU). In the ball design realized is the principle of a floating spigot, which ensures self-packing and the valve seat guide wear compensation.
Valve seat guides
The valve seat guides are made of polyphenylsulfone (PPSU). The valve seat guides ensure maximum filling of the parasitic space around the ball into which the working medium can penetrate.

SETS OF COUNTERFLANGES
The counterflange is a necessary part for laying and repair of pipelines. The counterflanges are basically a reducing piece for connection of the pipeline elements to each other, and used for the pipeline hook-up to the equipment. There are some variants of the articles, the most in-demand of which are the counterflanges, which comprise the nonreturn part of the flange connection.

The ball valves and butterfly valves manufactured at our enterprise can be completed with the electric drives made by various producers, which ensures remote control of opening/closing and integration into the Customer’s pipeline Computer-Assisted Management System.

The counterflange design.
Used in the process of the pipeline accessories assembling, are the sets of the counterflanges consisting of:
- gaskets;
- fastening device;
- the counterflanges per se, with the mounting interface surface;
- documents and instructions.

Production standards
In Russia and elsewhere in the CIS countries, there are three most abundantly used types of the counterflanges:
- steel plate welded flange is manufactured in compliance with the requirements of GOST Standard 12820-90;
- welded neck flange (steel, weld neck raised flange) in compliance with the requirements of GOST Standard 12822-80;
- loose ring joint flange proceduralised by GOST Standard 12822-80.

Steel plate welded flanges are used in the pipelines with the pressure not exceeding 2.5 MPa.
Welded neck flanges are suitable for the pipelines with the pressure level of up to 20 MPa. Ring joint flanges are used in the pipeline transportation systems with the pressure up to 2.5 MPa located in the hard-to-reach places, as well in case of necessity of frequent pipelining.

Usage of the counterflanges
Every separate variant of the counterflanges has its own range of application. Plain flanges are used in the systems with the low working pressure, first and utmost, in the long-distance pipelines, which transport the low-pressure media. The flange assembly is not difficult, and their design is reliable. On the whole, the counterflanges are used in all sectors of economy connected with the pipeline construction.

Counterflanges material 
As a rule, the counterflanges are manufactured from steel fittings. Basically, they are stainless steel, carbon galvanized steel or steelwith the thermodiffusion coating. The counterflanges can be operated at different temperatures from 70 to 300 degrees, which makes them the universal completing parts necessary for the pipelining.

Complete with manufactured at our enterprise shut-off valves, we also effect a sale of the companion flanges produced by our partner, the limited liability company “Parts of special-purpose” (LLC “DSN”). Cost of every specific order is calculated on an individual basis based on the request. It depends upon the specific type of the article, material, quantity, and order schedules.
